No exact cutting, no small pieces, and the glue stick does the rest. ## Red, white and blue crafts with a 3 year old One tray, three colors. Red and blue paint, white paper, star stickers and tissue strips cover all five crafts, so set up once for the weekend. A three year old can tear and glue the torn paper flag and fill the star suncatcher. The handprint flag needs an adult to paint the palm and fingers, and the pinwheel needs an adult to cut the corners and pin it. Make the flags on Saturday so they are dry for Monday. Tape them to a craft stick or a paint stirrer and they can be waved at the parade. The star suncatcher goes in the front window. The handprint flag is the one to date on the back and keep.
