Refund Policy

Effective September 5, 2026. Replaces all earlier versions.

The short version

  • Try before you pay: the kindergarten readiness assessment is free, needs no card, and your child's results stay in your account whether or not you subscribe.
  • Kindy is a monthly subscription you can cancel any time, in one tap, in the app. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for. We do not refund or prorate months already paid.
  • Printable bundles are digital downloads and are not refundable once delivered.
  • If something has gone wrong on our side, such as a duplicate charge or files that never arrived, email support@kindergarten-prep.com and we will put it right.

1. Kindy subscription

Kindy costs USD 9.99 a month for the first child and USD 4.99 a month for each additional child, billed monthly through Stripe and renewing automatically until you cancel.

Cancelling. Open the app, go to your profile, and tap cancel. There is no form to fill in and nobody to convince. Cancellation stops the next charge; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your child's readiness results and progress history stay in your account.

No refunds for time already paid. Because you can see exactly where your child stands before paying a cent, and because you can cancel at any moment, we do not refund or prorate the current month once it has been charged. Please cancel before your renewal date if you do not want to be charged again; the date is shown in the app.

2. Printable bundles

Printable bundles are digital files delivered by download link immediately after purchase. Digital files cannot be returned, so all Printable sales are final and non-refundable. Please read the product description and preview before buying, and email us with any question beforehand. If a download link does not work or you cannot access your files, contact us and we will make sure you receive them.

3. When we do refund

We will refund you in full, without argument, if:

  • you were charged twice for the same period or product;
  • you were charged after you cancelled, and the cancellation was made before the renewal date;
  • we could not deliver what you paid for, for example Kindy was unavailable for most of a billing period because of a fault on our side, or Printable files could not be delivered; or
  • the law where you live requires it.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

4. If you are a consumer in the European Union, EEA or UK

You have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. For the Kindy subscription, by starting your subscription you ask us to begin providing the service immediately; if you withdraw within the first 14 days, you may be charged a proportionate amount for the days you had access and the rest of that first payment is refunded. For Printables, which are digital content delivered immediately, you acknowledge at purchase that delivery begins at once and that you lose the right of withdrawal once the download is made available. These rights are in addition to everything above.

5. How to ask

Email support@kindergarten-prep.com from the address on your account, tell us what happened, and include the date and amount of the charge if you have it. We answer within two business days.
