A method to the structure
When choosing your daily activities you can be assured that each one of them helps your child build essential skills and is hand-picked and created for this week.
When we designed the curriculum, the activities, and projects were the result, not the starting point.
First, we made sure to incorporate all key development areas that need to be covered for a holistic preschool experience: language, literacy, math, fine motor, cognitive, social, and emotional.
Then we looked at those areas and mapped out the desired skills in kindergarten within those developmental areas.
Which were then broken down into monthly milestones that build on top of each other, and support each other across the developmental areas.
Those monthly milestones then were broken down into weekly objectives, which allowed us to design a set of activities to support your child's development in all key areas systematically.

Research-based milestones and activities
There were 3 main principles kept in mind when designing the activities:
- Preschoolers learn best through play and experiences
- Our daily lives are full of learning opportunities
- Activities must be aligned with the latest research on the best practices of how young children learn (CASEL, Phonics, KG common core)
Guided by these principles, we have designed the activities in a way that allows you to blend learning into your daily lives and start noticing the learning opportunities around you. This approach minimizes the "structured" learning time and makes sure that you'll be able to preschool at home without needing to dedicate half a day every day to make that happen.
